Refund Policy

Fine Woodworking of South Carolina has a thirty (30) day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your product(s), you have 30 days, after receiving your product(s) to request a refund.

Digital downloads such as courses and drawings are not refundable.

You will only be eligible for a refund if your purchased product(s) are in the same condition as you received them. The returned product cannot be damaged in any manner. You will need your original receipt from Fine Woodworking of South Carolina, LLC. to make a refund claim.

If your refund is approved, we will contact you concerning the return shipping method. Please do not send products back to us without first receiving an approval of the refund.

Once your returned product(s) has reached our store, we will inspect the product(s) and notify you if your return is approved for a refund. If approved, please allow 10 business days for your return to be refunded to your original payment method. Please note, we have no control of the time required within your financial institute to deposit your return into your account. If you have not received your return within 20 days, please reach out to us or to your financial institute.

Shipping Damages

Please inspect your product(s) upon receiving them. Please contact us immediately if there are damage or defective issues. If possible, please take digital photos of the damaged product(s). Photos can be sent to sgaskins@finewoodworkingofsc.com.
